I offer USPS first class and priority mail shipping which will both show as options at check-out. In both cases, you will receive a tracking number.
When do you ship orders?
Orders will ship out 1 - 2 business days after being placed.
How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping times on the USPS website state 1 - 3 business days. During the holidays and currently, we are seeing shipping delays. I sympathize if you are seeing a delay in your package. Unfortunately, once I mail your package I have no control over the carrier. Please allow for extra shipping time when placing an order.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations?
Although I do not provide returns or exchanges, I want you to be 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me.

Do you have the rosaries blessed before sending them?
No. It is a good idea to have your priest do this before praying with or gifting the rosary.
How do I care for my gemstone rosary/jewelry?
It is best to research each gemstone. Please see the International Gem Society guidelines here.
Why do the gemstones in my rosary/jewelry look different from each other?
There are natural variations in gemstones, which is why they might not look the same.
Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
Yes. I only use hypoallergenic ear wires.
What if I don't like ear wires?
If you would prefer a different type of closure, just let me know in the notes section when placing your order.
I don't have pierced ears.
That's ok, I can convert the earrings to clip-ons, just let me know in the notes section when placing your order.
